Myers and Stauffer is supporting the collaboration of all 7 regionally-based Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) as part of New Hampshire's Building Capacity for Transformation Medicaid Section 1115(a) Research & Demonstration Waiver, allowing New Hampshire to access up to $150 million dollars over five years as a part of a Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.
Region 7 is transitioning to a new funding process in response to the shift to 100% pay for performance starting in 2019. The process will no longer require a concept paper; agencies will be asked to fill out one request for funds application and present their proposal to the Steering Committee during the review process.
The funding requests are due to IDN7@nchcnh.org on October 8 at 3 PM. Please review the instructions carefully and do not hesitate to reach out to the IDN team if you have any questions about the new application or review process. Funding forms can be accessed at the links below and on our Basecamp platform:
*Agencies who were invited to submit a full proposal under the current funding cycle now have until 10/8 to submit their full proposal instead of the previous 9/29 deadline. These proposals will follow the old review criteria and process. Funding decisions for both sets of proposals will be made at the same time, and funds will be distributed later in the calendar year based on release of funds from NH DHHS.
